Details Of Intelligence Bureau Recruitment 2023

1. Security Assistant/Motor Transport

   - Number of Vacancies: 362 positions (Guwahati: 10 positions)

   

   - Vacancies by Category:

     - UR: 221

     - OBC/NCL: 60

     - SC: 34

     - ST: 30

     - EWS: 17

   - Salary: Level-3 (Rs. 21,700-69,100) on the pay matrix along with applicable Central Government allowances.

   - Age Limit: Candidates must not exceed 27 years of age as of the closing date.

   - Minimum Qualifications:

     (i) Matriculation (10th class pass) or its equivalent from a recognized Board of Education.

     (ii) Possession of a domicile certificate from the state to which the candidate has applied.

   - Additional Criteria:

     (i) Possession of a valid LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) driving license issued by the appropriate authority.

     (ii) Knowledge of motor vehicle mechanics, including the ability to address minor vehicle defects.

     (iii) A minimum of one year of driving experience with a valid driving license for Motor Cars.

2. Multi-Tasking Staff/General (MTS/Gen)

   - Number of Vacancies: 315 positions

   - Vacancies by Category:

     - UR: 183

     - OBC/NCL: 65

     - SC: 0

     - ST: 25

     - EWS: 42

   - Salary: Level-1 (Rs. 18,000-56,900) on the pay matrix, in addition to eligible Central Government allowances.

   - Age Limit: Candidates must be between 18 to 25 years of age as of the closing date.

   - Minimum Qualifications:

     (i) Matriculation (10th class pass) or its equivalent from a recognized Board of Education.

     (ii) Possession of a domicile certificate from the state to which the candidate has applied.
